Because of the structure of our online shopping cart, you have to enable cookie on your web browser in order to add more than one item into the shopping cart.

We calculate the shipping and handling cost for you automatically after required information being entered with the item and quantity selected.

2. Which carrier are you using for shipping the orders?

Currently Hong Kong Air Mail is the major shipping carrier we are using. UPS,DHL,EMS will be used for express order and some items in our discretion , shipping quotation to those area will be provided after order being placed.

3. Do you ship to military addresses, such as APO/FPO?

Sorry, we do not ship the package to APO/FPO currently.

4. Do you ship orders internationally?

Yes! We currenty ship all over the world. In addition to the shipping costs, you may be charged additional fees by your federal or provincial government. We don't know what those fees are, why they're applied, or who benefits from them. (It's not us!)

5.How do you send payment?

UPS / DHL/ EMS usually takes 4-7 business days to deliver depends on location (except under special circumstances such as unpredicted weather condition, natural disaster, act of terrorism or warfare).For Hk Air Mail,Standard delivery: 7 - 10 business days.

Please Note: After your order has been placed, you may cancel/change your order as long as your order has not been processed (charged). And if the item was shipped but you want to cancel/change it, we are sorry we will issue you a refund on the item, less $25 or a 25% restocking fee, which ever is greater.
